1. Eligibility for Returns
1.1 Return Window: Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for defective, damaged, or incorrect products only. The return period begins on the date the order is delivered to the shipping address provided.
1.2 Eligible Products: Returns are only accepted for products that are
- Defective or damaged upon delivery.
- Incorrectly shipped (e.g., wrong item, color, or size).
1.3 Non-Eligible Products: The following products are not eligible for return: - Products that are not defective, damaged, or incorrect (e.g., returns due to change of mind).
- Custom or made-to-order products, unless defective.

2. Return Process
2.1 Initiating a Return: To initiate a return, contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@creativefurniture.us or 732-248-0255 to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Returns without an RMA number will not be accepted.
2.2 RMA Request Details: When requesting an RMA, please provide:

- Photos of the product and packaging showing the issue (for defective or damaged items).
2.3 Approval: We will review your request and, if approved, issue an RMA number along with return shipping instructions. Approval is at our discretion and subject to the terms of this policy.

In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label or reimburse reasonable shipping costs. 3. Refunds

3.3 Refund Method: Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. For credit account purchases, the refund will be credited to your account balance.
3.4 Refund Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 10 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned product. You will receive a confirmation email once the refund has been processed. Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

4. Damaged or Defective Products
4.1 Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect your order upon delivery for any visible damage, defects, or discrepancies. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.

- Replace the product with an identical or comparable item, subject to availability.
- Repair the product, if feasible.

5. Incorrect or Missing Items
5.1 Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item (e.g., wrong product, color, or size), contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost to you.
5.2 Missing Items: If items are missing from your order, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will investigate and either ship the missing items or issue a refund for the missing portion of your order, at our discretion.
6. Cancellations

6.2 Custom Order Cancellations: Custom or made-to-order products cannot be canceled once production has begun. Production typically begins within 24 hours of order placement, unless otherwise specified.
6.3 Cancellation Fees: For orders canceled after processing but before shipping, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 10% of the order value to cover administrative costs.
7. Wholesale Considerations
7.1 Bulk Orders: For wholesale orders involving multiple items, returns will be processed on an item-by-item basis. Partial returns of bulk orders are permitted, but only for eligible items (e.g., defective or incorrect products).
7.2 Restocking Fees: For approved returns of non-defective products (if agreed in writing), a restocking fee of 35% of the product’s purchase price may apply to cover handling and restocking costs.
7.3 Freight Shipments: For large wholesale orders shipped via freight, you are responsible for ensuring you have the necessary equipment (e.g., forklift) to handle returns. Freight return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the return is due to our error.
