    4.2 Delays: Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather conditions, customs processing, or other factors beyond our control. We will provide tracking information so you can monitor your shipment.
    4.3 Tracking: Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use this to track your shipment directly with the carrier.

5. Delivery and Inspection

5.1 Delivery Process: For standard shipments, the carrier will deliver to the address provided at checkout. For freight shipments, the carrier will contact you to schedule a delivery appointment. You are responsible for ensuring someone is available to receive the shipment.
5.2 Inspection Upon Delivery: You must inspect your order upon delivery for any visible damage, missing items, or discrepancies. Failure to report issues within this timeframe may result in denial of claims.
5.3 Signature Requirement: Most deliveries require a signature upon receipt. If you are unavailable, the carrier may attempt redelivery or leave the package in a safe location at their discretion. We are not responsible for packages left unattended.

6. International Shipping

We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and, at our discretion, provide a replacement or refund.
8.2 Lost Shipments: If your order is lost in transit, contact us immediately. We will file a claim with the carrier and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund, depending on the circumstances.

9. Shipping Errors

9.1 Incorrect Items: If you receive an incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the return of the incorrect item and ship the correct product at no additional cost to you.
9.2 Wrong Address: You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout. If the package is returned to us, we will reship it at your expense.
